When your rent is in the thousands and u have a tight money month n gotta decide between the bills or food... pay the bills. You can sleep hunger away but u don't wanna freeze to death sleeping on the street and no place to put food anyway lol
I was looking online at an apartment I had in Scottsdale, AZ from 2001 until 2006 or 2007. Rent is now 3 times as much. Another apartment I had more recently in Mesa, AZ doubled in the last 7 years. People's pay isn't keeping up with the cost of living.
