Social Media Age Verification Laws
Many states and countries are implementing age verification laws for social media to prevent kids from using the sites. This requires determining that you're at least (usually) 16 years old.
In order for MyInkedSpace (or other social networks) to continue to be accessed from those states and countries we would need to ask for your ID, credit card, or a picture of yourself (to guess your age using AI) to make sure you're old enough. While many age verification laws are specifically for sites that contain a large portion of adult content, there are many laws that target social networks.
For the time being, MyInkedSpace is offline.
