If you’ve been to MyInkedSpace before you can probably tell that the website has changed. This has been done for various reasons:
- The forum software the website was using was out-dated and causing errors. To update, it would cost around $150, which is obviously too much considering the low activity.
- That same forum software may have been prohibiting attracting new members because of its old design style.
- MyInkedSpace has moved to a new server decreasing server costs and hopefully improving reliability.
- This forum software has chat built-in, which seems really good (I only tested it on a computer).
- This forum software is “modern” and used by very large websites so lots of people are familiar with it and how it works.
- This is just a hobby. The glory days of MyInkedSpace are likely far behind us.

There isn’t a reliable importer.
There’s more customizations that can be done and will be done over time.
